Totally overpaid would not recommend doing it to nobody totally a waste of money

I’ve had the PS5 for a while and overall it’s been a solid system, no issues with performance or anything like that. The only thing I ran into was looking into the warranty, and it turns out it doesn’t cover theft, which was a bit disappointing. Outside of that, everything else has been fine and it works as expected. Just something to be aware of if you’re thinking the warranty includes more than the standard manufacturer coverage it does not ocver theft or loss unfortunatly

Hoping I don’t need to utilize their services, but I already know that they will be extremely accommodating and attentive if any situations arise and I couldn’t be more grateful

Best warranty you could get ...every time i have an issue with the product i bought..this people work professional and witn a great attitude.

I highly recommend geek squad insurance for your ps5 system. 2 year product protection gives you peace of mind. I had to use it myself. My system was defective after a year and they replaced it with no issues and you can still pay for 2 more years of protection after that.

Brought it yesterday and received it earlier this morning and when I tell I truly adore this PS5 this is my very first console as a girl gamer and I am truly having a ball with now playing the games I used to always want to play by starting with the classics DOA6!

Was offered insurance in case of any damages within the warranty, easy to use and worth every penny .

I haven't had a chance to use them and I'm grateful for that but I am happy that I have that in the event that something does happen I'm sure they will be wonderful I've used them in the past on other devices that I have purchased and they were wonderful they were able to complete help and fix the problem that I had with my computer and my television

I remember one time when my tv went out and i sat without one for over a month. The Geek squad so happened to call right before the warranty ran out. I had completely forgot about the warranty. So I traded in my tv. That was a big relief and i never will forget it.

Get this with any electronic. I used it at the 2 yr mark for my PS5 HDMI port got loose and couldn’t play the console due to cord falling out in the middle of a game and they took it and fixed it. Worst part have to do without it x2 weeks

Never use it bust is nice to have piece of mind in case something happens
