I have purchased many of these in the the past years. I have been satisfied with B/Buy replacement policy, if the product is unfixable they replace it or reimburse you the actual sale price and you can purchase another item.

Always able to fix my problems and if not I usually get to exchange the product for a new one or get a refund. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Definitely needed the protection plan because of the price of the system if anything goes wrong we're covered for 2 years so she can game worry free...

Got this for my game console. While I had problems I always feel its better to be safe than sorry. Ive learned my lesson the hard way not having extended warranties
