Ive used Geek squad protection before. Its not always necessary, but, for the high ticket items it comes in handy and Best buy stands behind their guarentee (i.e. tv's, computer, gaming consoles, etc). In the past, they did a direct swap of a faulty PC and gave me peace of mind.

I recently used Geek Squad for a tech issue, and the experience was excellent. Booking an appointment was straightforward, and they offered flexible scheduling options. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Overall, Geek Squad provided reliable, professional, and efficient service. I would definitely recommend them for any tech-related issues.

Excellent service I had to trade in my Ps5 pro for some glitches with the hardware failure and I’m disabled with Cerebral Palsy all I had to do was roll down my window with my receipt!

I haven't had to use it yet but I'm sure if I do they will be fast and reliable
