I had the unfortunate experience of buying an item and not getting the protection plan from the Geek Squad. I lost my investment because it was more expensive to fix than it was to purchase a new one. If I had bought the protection I would have gotten a complete replacement for it. I now always get the protection for my items because it is well worth it.

I got this protection for my PS5 I recommend to get this protection for high price items. This protection not only covers my console but also my controller which I really apreciate, and gives me a peace of mind.
