I have little ones so having insurance that our electronics are safe is always a plus!

The associates are very helpful. They seem to be very knowledgeable, And if they dont understand my question, they immediately get assistance and answer my questions in a very timely manner.

since I am not a player but my great nephew is I can say that he really loves the xmas gift. It was something he did not know he was getting. It has also made him very responsible of taking care of expensive gifts. All in all i would say it the best investment for me to him

always order the protection since these systems have so many things that could go wrong, rather have it and not need it which has been the case so far than not have it and need it.

Knowing the difference of having them ready and waiting is the best feeling. I have not needed to take my device to them but it just helps ease my mind having an extremely strong backup.

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.
