    Gamestop warranties are way better if your console doesn't work gamestop swaps it out with a new one right there not geek squad they send it out while you wait for another console that not good you pay all that money and have to wait for a new console.

    This was horrible they never could fix anything I braught into the store and had me purchase this and before I made it home called and told me they couldn't fix my computer they new that before. having me purchase it. AWEFUL

    They replaced a ps4 pro for me before and took 2 months to get a working ps4, got sent 2 broken ps4 and had to send back both including my own for a replacement finally. Was worth the money but not the hassle.

    I bought the 2 year protection and when my ps4 didn’t work they said they can’t replace it because I don’t have the 2 year even though you can see it clearly i do.

    My ps4 has warranty, its showing on my end on the app and these people didn't want to honor. I won't be dealing with them anymore.

    I never used the geek squad repair, so I am not sure how good their service is. but I take care of my purchases.

    This is the only insurance for material items from retail I’ve ever gotten. It’s the only one that actually honors it and very forgiving. I’ve never had an issue so far and depending on what you get it for very worth the price. Use good judgement.
