Best buy had the best handle on selling the playstation 5 console online. They had 2 step verification so scalpers couldn't upsell. They also limited 1 power customer as well to give everyone a chance to get one. You also didn't have to keep loading the page since it auto refreshed and it was super fast and easy to checkout. Thanks so much for thinking out of the box to solve the problem with only selling consoles online during pandemic causing scalpers to prevent everyone from buying ps5.

I had purchased the 2 year protection because I was nervous about how well the PS4 would function after just being released. We did end up having to bring in the PS4 because it "bricked" (became unusable). The protection plan allowed us to receive a completely new PS4 at no cost to us, and we could transfer the plan over from the old model to the new one. I am very happy I spent the extra money for the plan, otherwise we would have had to spend more money to replace an unusable console!

Geek squad has been awesome every time that I use them. It’s always comforting knowing I have protection on my expensive and precious devices that I need to use daily.

This is coming from a hard-core Xbox user. I ended up getting this console through a coworker of mine who was selling it because it wasn’t the version he wanted I had previously gotten a PS4 just for God of war and then got sucked into a few of the other PlayStation exclusive games. My biggest issue with PlayStation has always been their controller it doesn’t feel ergonomically correct like the Xbox one I have big hands and I always felt like my hands were scrunched up and the other PlayStation controllers. Exceptionally Happy.

By now you're all familiar with Sony and Playstation. They make the best 1st party games and consoles. The system has been out since 2020 and IS STILL DIFFICULT TO BUY although it's getting better. This is my 2nd system, I needed a new one to use with my PSVR2 in a bigger room. Do yourself a favor, dont ever 2nd guess whether you should buy a PS5, just do it and be prepared to be blown away.

QUESTION !!!!!! if I buy this consul... will I be able to play other ps games other than Fortnite ??????

PS5 broke down last week. Geek squad has it for repair and hopefully can fix it quickly or issue a replacement soon. It really sucks not having my PS5! They would of exchanged the console for a new one but they said they didn’t have any in stock. Just wish it would get resolved quicker than this but Best Buy is doing all they can on their part. The customer service was great, they met with me on time after store hours. Can’t wait to get it back and play it!

I have no complaints, its console gold, runs games perfect and smooth, runs a little hot but what do you expect, keep your room cool(like you should with any system or pc,) and youll never overheat

This is a must have with any electronic purchase! Especially if you have kids.

With an outstanding lineup of exclusive games there is no better place to game then on a PS5. XBox Game Pass is a joke, but unfortunately the joke ends up being on you as the consumer as you pay yearly or monthly for Game Pass but don't ever actually 'own' anything in the end. But anyways PS5!! So Many great PS exclusives oi oi

Hours of enjoyment with my son I landed the Ps5 with Modern Warfare ll. For $489 the system alone cost $499. Best Buy will always be my go to for the best deals.
