The PlayStation 5 was exactly what I expected. Purchasing was easier than all other websites and apps. It even came in a week earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend trying to purchase a PS5 through bestbuy

Ps5 controllers come with or are bound to get drift issues. Forces your left analog stick forward and upwards, makes staying still impossible and makes navigating game menus a nightmare. This covers you.

Many other competitors offer "warranty" plans, but they pale in comparison to what you pay for and get from Best Buy's protection plan, I highly recommend that anyone who thinks that this is not worth the money; please think twice it is worth it's proverbial weight in gold.

My children enjoyed playing the ps5 but not as much as the ps4. I didn't care too much for the controller. The controller broke as soon as the warranty was up!

I would give this 4.5/5 stars but I can't so I gave it a 4 my ps4 broke and I went to geek squad they took it for around 3-4 weeks and then they gave me a call and said they couldn't fix it so they gave me $325 store credit overall its worth it incase something goes wrong I would highly recommend it and if you can get it.

I love the protection plans .. We have used this for Playstation headsets and controllers and the workers at Best Buy are great! They simply exchange the product and give us a new one! Fast easy and money well spent !

Saw the graphics on a YouTuber channel. Amazing, the shading is on spot, and pretty much doesn't look like a console to be playing video games on.

Was hesitant to buy the digital version but no regrets here! Graphics are sweet and load times are super fast! PlayStation for life!
