    Controller is Bad

    Shipping was super quick! I was supposed to get this 6/8 but got it 6/4. Box and PS4 console in good condition. Controller looked to be in good condition. I transferred info from one PS4 to this one I just bought. Took over 6 hours. I found out that the controller's right analog stick does not work work. I called customer service right away. I waited on hold for 45 minutes. Finally got a lady on the phone. I told her the problem, she put me on hold for additional minutes (which is fine). She came back and said I'd have to return the whole package or they could give me 10% off a new one. I told her the console is fine, I also had all my stuff transferred from old PS4 to this one and it took over 6 hours. Didn't matter. I said fine I will take the 10% off...which I'd rather hand this controller in and get a different used one back. She hung up the phone on me. Not happy. Worst customer service from Best Buy.

    Only good if you use it. Now 2 and a half years later when i need it it's expired. So an absolute waste of money.

    I ordered this item in hopes to have it for my Son’s Christmas gift, it was supposed to be delivered Dec 18th, after the 20th I called and was informed that it was lost and I would get a replacement, guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas, when I called customer service, no replacement was provided and 2 days before Christmas after speaking to 6 different agents who gave me 6 different answers, I was told they are still investigating. I requested a refund and was told it will go back within 48 hours. When I called again on the 25th I was informed by a supervisor that it takes 25 days to investigate and I would have to wait until this is done to get back a refund. No one cared about my frustration and no one took accountability for the misinformation on their part. They nonchalantly dismissed me and told me wait it out! The worse EVER customer service experience I have ever had with any company! I will NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN.

    I bought my son a PS4 in 2018 with a 2 year protection plan which ended in Nov 2020. A little over a month ago my son PS4 started disconnecting for the wifi by itself when my wifi works great at home. So I took my son PS4 to Geek Squad. Left it with them on June 27, 2020. No movement at all. I would call Geek Squad a lot after 2 weeks. They would always transfer my call over like 3 to 4 time wait time 15 to 45 minutes. No help. They just would try to make me appointments to go to the store because the store never I mean NEVER answers the phone. They even try to call for me still no answer. So it's been over a month. I got frustrated because my son keeps asking about his ps4. So I called Geek Squad again they said they see the store near me should be getting ps4 Aug 1 so they made me an appointment Aug 2. No playstation available. So I keep checking online to see when they would get Ps4. You can order them online and pick up at the store. So I just went to the store because by the time the appointment comes around there isn't anything available. I told the worker my situation and how they never answer the phone. That it says, "If we can't fulfill your order within 14 days, we'll get you a replacement." The man tells me we don't do that. So he looks up my receipt from purchase date. Gives me a gift card of $200 plus tax. Then tells me he can order me a new ps4 that now cost about $350 with a protection plan. So I would have to pay the difference. I was so upset. I just left. My son is so upset. He trusted me. It's a pandemic and they're taking advantage. They should have replaced his ps4. Then when I got home I called Geek Squad. They couldn't help me as usual and told me to go talk to the store manager. I haven't went because I really don't want to go off.

    Too delayed services

    I did purchase new washer and dryer from best buy and had Geek squad protection on it.I did have protection on many of my devices but this is the first time I am using it. The problem was with drain tube/pump of washer. When I did call to inform call center, I did tell them the error code/problem was with drain. They took a week to schedule an appointment.I was hoping for a fix but the tech turned up, switched on the washer in 10 seconds he told the problem was with drain tube and the part was to be ordered and left in 5 minutes with rescheduled appointment 10 days later. All this is for a drain tube replacement on a brand new washer in spite of telling them what was the problem while scheduling the appointment. definitely will look for alternatives rather than taking a coverage with Geek squad for every equipment I purchase from best buy.

    Horrible customer service I thought I scored one of these during the cyber Monday drop deals to find out Best Buy is claiming it is out of stock and canceling the order

    Warranty run around

    Horrible experience getting a warranty on PS5. Couldnt add to order due to online release craziness. I tried after order to be told wrong things by associates and then being asked to hit a crowded store during COVID! I am glad I continued to push for answers since they never told me the whole item needs to come back to store! I was debating of just going in without it since I wasnt told everything. BestBuy will be the last place I look for purchases on future.

    Happy they were in stock, but didn't come with any code for GOW Ragnarok. I've reached out to Sony, but haven't heard anything. Will update if they send me a code.

    This process is BS! Checking ever single since release date to finally get PS5 into my cart and Best Buy won't allow it shipped to home ... but it's also not available in ANY STORE state-wide. SO DISAPPOINTED in Best Buy right now

    Buy online is a joke

    I think I rather stand in line for 48 hours with thousands of people during the pandemic than try to buy online. It is the worst. Forget technology is its going to be this bad. All thanks to Amazon.
