As the title says, "You have to protect your investment"! These systems cost too much money not to buy some protection for them. So, that's why I picked this up for my game system, controllers, and accessories.

I always purchase a Greek Squad warranty on all items from Best Buy. It has saved me over the years, when my 55" TV screen had a bad lines on the screen bottom. They did a in home service and replaced the screen, with 1 week.

Whenever we purchase from Best Buy we get the protection plan. They cover most things and make the process so easy!

When I thought the console was not working I was able to bring it back and they took it back with no problems only to find out that we had to update the console in order for him to use it

All my electronics are always covered by geek squad protection! Never had an issue with technicians they always do a very good job and are very professional.

Very accommodating people, we had a problem with a playstation dual sense controller, and they assessed the situation, checked it, then instantly put in an order to ship us a new one, no questions asked, 5 stars!

Geeksquad does a great job at making sure accidents are covered and will either fully repair or replace your device within the window that you bought it!

I was able to get a second controller because my first one was drifting a tiny bit, definitely worth the insurance

This is the best service program out there!!! I buy a lot of service plans and not one I've purchased so far compares. I shop at BB a ton and I buy their service plans every time! They actually do as they say and don't ask any questions, just fix your item(s).

I’m glad they offered me this protection plan as I do tend to be clumsy with me stuff, so having this for my ps5 is a huge weight off my shoulders.
