    Guy’s at best buy really know what customer service is! Every time I have issues with my devices, they resolve them really quick by fixing or repairing them.

    The warranty issues were never an issue! When the warranty says it covers something, then they 100% cover what they say

    I highly recommend the protection plan for any big ticket electronic. I’ve had to file 3 claims for separate devices before and i was able to get 1 product replaced, another repaired free of charge , and store credit for my previous Ps5 claim.
