I added this service to go along with the PS5 that I purchased for my daughter. I’d rather her have it and not need it versus not having it and needing it.

I have purchased many of these in the the past years. I have been satisfied with B/Buy replacement policy, if the product is unfixable they replace it or reimburse you the actual sale price and you can purchase another item.

I haven’t had to use this, thankfully. But I’m very happy that I have the opportunity in case something happens
