Pure Positive Progression Definitely worth the investment to protect my PlayStation

I would recommend everyone buy the Geek Squad protection plan because as careful as we are sometimes stuff happens! They are fast about replacing systems, controllers, chargers, and consoles. Worth the peace of mind instead of having to buy a whole new system.

The agent was very helpful in connecting my equipment. Having not knowing what to do to connect my Cintiq the agent was quick and a great problem solver and had it running in minutes.

Geek squad is super professional and a must buy for any expensive electronics. I broke my controller by dropping it on accident and they gave me a new one. This is a no brainer.

If you ever have an issue you can return it. It’s amazing and they’ve fixed my equipment too. If they can’t they give you a brand new one with the newest model. Given if it costs more they ask you pay the difference but it is amazing

Hopefully nothing goes wrong and I have to use this but it’s worth the money either way.

All their paperwork was in order, they could find my information, took back the system, explained the process, answer questions and I wasn't treated like I was being a bother.

have not needed to get my items fixed yet but its only been 1 year since I bought my system. I stil l have about z year till it expires we will see if its a good purchase by the en of the 2 years

I love Best Buy and there extend warranty with geek squad! Their curbside pickup is the bomb and the Highland location.

Haven’t had to use it yet but love that it’s an option for the price they sell it for!
