    I never quite know how to rate this. Im glad to have the protection, but haven't had to actually use it. So I can't testify to how helpful it is to have.

    a few things i don't like are the controller is kind of a stretch for my small hand, the menu system (wish it was like the psp/ps3?), turning off the console is annoying and a chore. beautiful machine, like the ps video/game download service alot.
