I'm known to have bad luck, I haven't had to use this yet but I'm glad it's available.

It’s a solid product and not a bad idea to have a little insurance. The length of the coverage for the cost is a little short and its not 2 years tacked on after the manufacturers warranty expired like I expected. But if you have little kids around and there is a danger they may accidentally spill something on it or knock the PlayStation over, it’s a good safety net.For me that isn’t much of a concern and there are longer warranty’s out their for similar money.

The fact that they will even cover drops and spills on electronics is beyond amazing.

Best Buy's insurance is always good they always honor it and also you can renew it

In the past we have had broken consoles with no warranty, so we got one just in case

I like the two year protection just in case something happens to my console
