They sold me on if anything happens to the controller. You can send it in anything happens to the PS five Pro you could come in explained it absolutely clearly.

Its saved my butt a few times like the time my 2nd gen galaxy watch had the wrist band tab break off they would have replaced it had it still been in production

I love my geek squad membership. If they can’t fix it, they’ll replace it. It doesn’t cover stolen stuff which sucks other than that I recommend it
