Purchased for coverage on my new ps5. Hope to never need.

I called Geek Squad to try to set up installation for a play station. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I've been transferred a total of 5 times today.

No one greeted me when I walked in and there were two employees standing at the front. I went to counter and still no help.

seems like i cop and never use it but the one time i dont buy i meed it? Crazyy haha

They gave me a refurbished dual shock 4 which was broken already until now I haven’t received a new one very time I call they keep sending me to the wrong person and denying I had a warranty on the controller

I purchased it for my son and he hasn't had to use it. But I do recommend it if you're a true gamer accident prone.

Gamestop warranties are way better if your console doesn't work gamestop swaps it out with a new one right there not geek squad they send it out while you wait for another console that not good you pay all that money and have to wait for a new console.

Useless when it comes to covering your PS5 Save your money. Don't buy this trash protection plan.

This was horrible they never could fix anything I braught into the store and had me purchase this and before I made it home called and told me they couldn't fix my computer they new that before. having me purchase it. AWEFUL

Wrong serial number on my purchase. Hassle with just trying to change number to match.

They replaced a ps4 pro for me before and took 2 months to get a working ps4, got sent 2 broken ps4 and had to send back both including my own for a replacement finally. Was worth the money but not the hassle.

My warranty randomly got canceled don’t appreciate that

Unfortunately geek squad is transitioning to total tech support. Complete waste of money.

You pay for the protection but when you bring the broken item in you still have to pay again!

I bought the 2 year protection and when my ps4 didn’t work they said they can’t replace it because I don’t have the 2 year even though you can see it clearly i do.

Do you really ever need this??????????????????????
