I highly recommend getting the extra protection on appliances or pricey items. Had it for a refrigerator that was purchased from Best Buy as well and it was really easy to deal with them. Also got money back for all the spoiled food. That was a nice added bonus.

Love Bestbuy love the protection even more I'm always reassured that I'm covered for accidental damage. I've used it in the past and the team makes it easy and fast to process.

Always good to have just in case you have some crazy situation take place a year or two after purchase. I've had several scenarios where a year and a half later the item went out and luckily they were able to just replace it.

Geek squad is very helpful with product issues and they are willing to walk you though what's needed or they will come to you to help.

I always buy the replacement plans for anything I buy at best buy. It allows you to have piece of mind. I had errors with my previous PS4 so I brought it in and they exchanged it for a new one. The best part is I had the older 500gb one they gave me the newer slimmer 1TB.

To me, the extended warranty is always worth the money. Whenever I've had to use it, it's been a lifesaver.
