With families and kids things can get chaotic very quickly and accidents DO happen, it's an instant relief to know that if the kids were goofing off and the product got dropped that it would be covered or if you need a virus cleared out they can fix it!

Geek Squad plans are always very helpful. A heads up that for the PS4, Geek Squad gives you a 1 Time replacement for a broken controller!! They cover nearly everything except theft, obviously. The team is always helpful and informative.
