I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad, because the products are good whenever I purchase from bestbuy.

Takes the nerves away. With a new console so limited it is nice to have the geek squad. My only issue with this is the controller coverage. Which says they will replace the controller that came with the console. The replacement controller was in worse condition than my own

In case i need it it was a great price for this damage 2 year warranty

These guys are the REAL MVP .Whenever I would have an issue no questions asked they would get to the bottom of it .Glad I made that extra purchase for some peace of mind .NO regrets .

Buying the Protection Plan makes sense because of the high dollar item your buying. It does hurt to pay that extra amount when your already making this major purchase, BUT the protection plan is a whole lot cheaper than having to purchase the item new twice.

It is worth it . I love the geek squad . I can always rely on them

Haven't had the need to used Geek Squad as I haven't had any issues w/ my product, but from past experiences Geek Squad has been good w/ me.

You can't go wrong with Geek squad protection. It is piece of mind when things go wrong with tech.
