I learned early on when I had my first PS4 die that this puts your mind at ease when you make this kind of investment. Should anything happen this covers your full purchase price and can allow for an exchange or upgrade with no hassle.

Thankful I haven’t had to use this service but thankful I have it. Having the extra protection with a lost cost is worth it!

I am writing because I am absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the state in which my PlayStation 5 was returned to me after sending it in for repairs through Best Buy. When I dropped off my console, it had normal wear and tear from regular use — nothing out of the ordinary, and certainly nothing major. However, when it was returned to me, I was shocked to find an obvious, large scratch that was absolutely not there before I entrusted my system to your care. This is completely unacceptable. I took the time to carefully maintain my PS5, and I expected it to be handled with the same level of care while it was in Best Buy’s possession. Instead, I feel like I’ve gotten back a console that is in worse cosmetic condition than when I handed it over. To make matters worse, the damage is so glaring that it’s impossible to ignore, and it takes away from the value and overall condition of my system. I want to be clear: this scratch was not present when I turned in my PS5. A tiny scuff might be understandable — a massive scratch is negligence. If your repair center cannot guarantee the basic responsibility of returning a customer’s device in the same condition it was received, that is a serious problem that reflects poorly on Best Buy’s services.

I recommend this to everyone no matter what product they buy from best buy

My Girlfriend dropped my controller in the water so I ran to bestbuy and got a replacement quick and easy.

Is the right thing to do doing that the vast majority of the time those expensive computer and tvs die in short time .

BUT DIFFERENT WORTH UR PEACE OF MIND! super helpful. quick and great response. Most times take it in store get a full refund toward a new purchase. BEST INSURANCE I THINK.
