Love the piece of mind, always buy the warranty better to be safe than sorry great value. These are expensive to repair. Hope I don’t have to use though lol.

Got this as an insurance policy for my new Xbox Series X. Having a toddler in the house means nothing is safe and I know that the Geek Squad Protection Plans will cover accidental damage. Hope I never have to use it but having it helps me sleep at night and that's worth the price.

Geek squad protections have always been worthwhile and a main reason I love Best Buy!!

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

I bought an Xbox series x without the protection plan and my previous Xbox kicked the bucket on me before 2 years. Manufacture warranty only covered 1 year. Worth it

It’s in your best interest to get the geek squad coverage trust me I buy high priced items for my console so when my headset gave out luckily I had coverage and boy was I glad the cost was covered

Haven’t needed to use the protection plan yet but it is comforting to know that it will be repaired or replaced if something goes wrong with the console.

I LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLANS I DON'T ALWAYS LOVE GEEK SQUAD BUT I DO LOVE THE PROTECTION PLANS WHEN THEY WORK AND USUALLY I HAVE NO PROBLEMS I DO HAVE TO GET AGGRAVATED SOMETIMES WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUT I DO REALLY APPRECIATE THE WARRANTIES

You cannot go without insurance when it comes to consoles. BestBuy has always been really helpful with claims in the past, so I didn’t hesitate to get this.

Sounds like an actual "cover it all" program. Hope I never need it. Had GS take care of other things in the past with excellent results and service

Totally worth it. My sobs computer broke after a year and a half and since we had this extra coverage they changed for a new one in no time at all.

Love this little super power house! Upgraded the tv so bought the series x as well. Put the s in my daughters room and she’s obsessed. Great digital gaming system!

I purchased the two year protection because you never know what might happen down the line with your product purchase. I deliberately waited to purchase the xbox one s until best buy sold it for $189.99, other stores were selling it at this price but I prefer best buys protection plan over any other place. I had to use it in the past on other products and I was happy with it and how easy the process is.

I bought an Xbox series x on April 1st 2022 and the disc drive was faulty (which I’ve had happen a few times ) and Best Buy let me return and purchase a new one and get the warranty! Thanks guys! I still wish the replacement wasn’t open box! But I’m happy anyways

I used Geek Squad on every major purchase from Best Buy

I love the thought that i know if my console has an issue which it hasn’t yet that Geek Squad has my back and will fix any problems under my warranty!!!
