Great service prompt and on time very satisfied with tech

I bought an XboxOne S years ago, and it ended up having issues. Well, I didnt have the geek squad protection on it, so I had to go back and forth with microsoft for WEEKS before they resolved my issue. Go with Geek Squad!

This Xbox is so fast and snappy when switching between apps or loading games. Definitely worth it if you don’t want to spend the extra money for the “better” Xbox

Love the convenience of either using a disc or cloud gaming with Game Pass. So many games i can play wothout having to physicaly purchase them. Some other great features that aren’t on PS5 as well. Specifically Dolby Atmos audio!!!

I always purchase Geek Squad protection. I’ve used it in the past & compared to any other company, Geek Squad is the BEST, hands down! Installation, professionalism, customer service, & response time...the BEST.

Good for peace of mind but it really isn’t worth it. My Xbox did break but they sent me back a refurbished console that only made it 6 months before that one break. Unfortunately their warranty on the new console is only 30 days.

I like that we have a protection plan in place to help fix and bugs or breakdowns

Ever since the red ring fiasco of the Xbox 360 days, I recommend getting these plans for all consoles, laptops, phones, and TVs. TVs just are not built like the old days and easily blow out when constantly flipping between 1080p and 4k. I get nervous every time my Xbox opens a game that supports 4k.

Geek squad protection is peace of mind. Highly recommend adding it to your purchase.

Always recommend geek squad for any electronic device worth over two hundred dollars, might not use it but worth the purchase in case you need them.

Love the worry free life you can live buying the warranty plan. It’s awesome knowing you can return it if something goes wrong and you have the item covered. Especially on the gaming controllers.
