Good for peace of mind but it really isn’t worth it. My Xbox did break but they sent me back a refurbished console that only made it 6 months before that one break. Unfortunately their warranty on the new console is only 30 days.

This is great coverage for all your electronics. I always purchase the coverage.

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

Geek Squad is awesome!!! Love their service and accidental plans! Come in handy when you have kids or just can't seem to take care of your things well enough (even though you try haha) GET IT you won't regret it!

This is a must if your getting the Xbox that’s worth over $500. Something goes wrong with your Xbox you want to make sure you’re covered. And geek squad has great service.

We had to use the replacement on only one of the many items that we have purchased from Best Buy over the years. The process was so easy. Best Buy replaced the item and we were walking out of the door within 15 minutes with the replacement item. Will purchase when warranted in the future.

This Xbox is so fast and snappy when switching between apps or loading games. Definitely worth it if you don’t want to spend the extra money for the “better” Xbox

Having this insurance as a safety blanket for devices that are made to break is essential I recommend everybody get this insurance policy for it’s easy to forget that electronics or not made to last forever

Overall, this is the best streaming and gaming system out there.

With kids like mine you have to make sure to get insurance on everything for peace of mind. Haven’t filed a claim but it’s nice having peace of mind.
