Haven't actually used this particular service yet. However I have used Geek Squad in the past for other products. They've always came through.

it is comforting to have the plan. have used the insurance on other items and have never had problems using it.

I get the protection plans mostly because of my kids and the dogs.. they really take care of things that happen. Like my son says " I don't know it just broke"

It is always a good idea to have protection plan when you are buying expensive electronics

I bought this protection plan to protect my Xbox one S I purchased. It covers everything in the event it breaks or stops working. The plan was a great price and I would recommend it

Isa mind good protection plan and it's help me in the past

I have used the Geek Squad some time ago but I don’t think I would be using the Squad again, some not all give you the worse time, it’s as if once you make the purchase they then treat you any kind of way. Some of them don’t make it easy for me to get what ever item I need fixed at the time fixed.
