I haven't had to use the protection as of to date, but I'm sure I will not have any issues if I did need to use it.

My XBOX ONE X was discontinued right after I bought it! I was a little worried in case something goes wrong with it. The box was a bit tampered with, so went up to the store to purchase the extended warranty with little difficulty.

This came in very handy when I needed it, son dropped remote control and it was replaced quickly at no charge.
