The Geek squad agents have always been incredible. I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them except in the store for questions, but always helpful and super knowledgeable.

I had a pro twitch my tv and they came to my home to fix it. They ordered a new panel and had it delivered to my house and came to put it in. Unfortunately the day I bought the tv a megapixel was out and since I thought geek squad fixed this I didn’t bring it back, turns out they only fix 3 at a time.

My little family and I are big gamers. We love playing games together and my boys enjoy having their friends over to play with them.

I don't always get insurance, but in this case I'm going by experience. First, regular protection because I've seen consoles fail from manufacturers defects beyond normal warranties and also I've burned up system laser/drives from excessive playing ;). Second, Accidental protection because I've got two young children sharing it with me who may not be so careful as I am with it.

I’ve already used the anti virus protection on my tablet and laptop. I have an appointment for home security install. I’m hoping the install goes great and I’m satisfied. I purchased the plan because I intend to use the geek squad for a number of projects I have in mind.

Always always always add Geek Squad to your purchases. The peace of mind alone is worth it, and when you need it, the team is always responsive and helpful.

These gaming systems cost way too much these days with little upgrades from the previous bersions. However Microsoft did not disappoint.

I love bestbuy. They always do me right. The geek squad is amazing and it always a fast turn around. Im about to buy a ps5 frim them in the next couple of days

I haven’t yet had to use this, but I’ve had it myself (this was a gift for my nephew) and the geek squad always helped me out when I needed it! Best Buy is the only retailer whose warranty protections are that I trust.

So far haven’t experienced any issues with the new Xbox but it’s always assuring to know there’s a top notch team on hand in case anything goes awry.

I like to get the Geek Squad protection for all my products. The peace of mind it provides is most helpful. You never know when you will it it but you can be sure it will be at the worst possible time. This way you can get things taken care of quickly and effeciently.

Always get warranty on anything i buy it helps out a lot you never know what might happen to your important items

For those of you who lived through the Red Rings Of Death outbreak on the Xbox 360, having a bit of insurance never hurts! When my first 360 was killed by this plague, the extra coverage I'd purchased when Circuit City was still in business was there to not only replace my system, but help me to upgrade to the Elite 360! I HIGHLY recommend protecting your investment!
