So far so good. I like how it sits upright to take up less space. Son wanted for his old games.

Best buy has the best protection plans. I buy electronics from them partially because of that.

This is such a great item. It works really well and I have not had any issues with it.

We had to use the replacement on only one of the many items that we have purchased from Best Buy over the years. The process was so easy. Best Buy replaced the item and we were walking out of the door within 15 minutes with the replacement item. Will purchase when warranted in the future.

Always great service with geek squad. Usually get the protection because it’s priced well. I miss the days of high quality products that didn’t need warranty

Geek Squad is awesome!!! Love their service and accidental plans! Come in handy when you have kids or just can't seem to take care of your things well enough (even though you try haha) GET IT you won't regret it!

This is a must if your getting the Xbox that’s worth over $500. Something goes wrong with your Xbox you want to make sure you’re covered. And geek squad has great service.

Having this insurance as a safety blanket for devices that are made to break is essential I recommend everybody get this insurance policy for it’s easy to forget that electronics or not made to last forever

With kids like mine you have to make sure to get insurance on everything for peace of mind. Haven’t filed a claim but it’s nice having peace of mind.

Warranties have been great! So far no issues when product is not at odds best performance.

It was a little pricey, but you never know what will happen, overall it was a good buy, in order to have piece of mind. I do not have to worry about something happening and having to shell out full price again.
