I love this service provided by bestbuy. You can return your purchase no matter what for a exchange or store credit ad long as its before 2 years. Get this for any product if high cost.

I am extremely happy with Geek Squad’s protection plan, I have used it before and it has delivered! Now if I buy any type of electronic from Best Buy the protection plan is a must.

Highly recommend. Had to replace a prior Xbox 1 with the Battlefield gold edition Xbox with no issues by store representative. Prior Xbox 1 disc drive stopped working.

This deal is awesome!!! I bought an Xbox one for my 11 year old son who is learning responsibility and the importance of taking care of his things. But just in case something were to happen this will save me from having to buy a brand new one!!
