I used to work at Best Buy when I was in college 12 years ago. Geek Squad is the way to go on anything that is more than $100. Great service and value.

The agents are the absolute best and very patient and understanding

I haven't had to use it yet, but I bought the Xbox one for my kids and it is a relief to know it is covered if something happens to it. Which face it having three kids I am going to probably need it at some point.
