    I bought this Xbox thinking I would get on Dec 19, 2024 as stated on the Best Buy website. It won't be delivered until Tuesday, Dec 24, 2024. They could have did expedited shipping. I am very disappointed.

    Warranty are often over priced for length of time you get them for. Had to go buy another Xbox one full price because the last warranty ran out 10 days after the Xbox just died. $300 bucks down and $300 more just for 10 days ... ugh warranties don't always save you in the end it cost me more ... warranties are a toss of the coin... good luck

    Buy the most expensive plan, won't do replacement

    So I bought an Xbox One X with 2year plan, the console broke and they will NOT do a replacement even though they said on the phone they would, wanna do a 2-3week repair instead, is this a joke?? Wasted 3 hours total today because of Best Buy and didn't get my issue solved, instead they want me to be 3 weeks without my console, is that what we pay them for? I rather spend my money on amazon or costco when buying electronics, they always did refunds/replacements with zero issues when I needed assistance. You've just lost yourself a customer.

    replaced a brand new product with a remanufactured product. lost all my cords and controller. sent with original box and got back in a generic cardboard box. Would recommend instead of taking to geek squad to send back to manufacturer.

    Sales Rep snuck this in on my bill.

    I'm not reviewing the actual quality of this service. I'm just letting everyone know to watch their sales reps. I didn't ask for the Geek Squad protection and didn't notice until getting home that the sales rep added the service to my bill without asking me.
