Just purchased this plan today for my Xbox series X very happy to pay that price to protect a purchase of over 500 bucks not knowing what if anything could happen or go wrong and with new systems or any electronics ya never know so be smart and for sure invest a small amount to protect a big amount!!

Best Buy has always had the best warranties and has always stood behind them. If the Geek Squad can't fix it, they'll replace or refund your money on a gift card. They make it right.

I try to always purchase extra warranty for all my best buy purchases. So far I haven't had any issues when having to replace any items. There's pretty good coverage, personally I didn't do the extra warranty on my s8 plus I purchased because mobile phones require an additional insurance deductible. Wasn't worth it for me because for the amount of the warranty purchase and deductible I could just buy a new phone if needed to. For everything else the warranty is great!!

I purchase Geek Squad Protection for major purchases regularly. I've had the good fortune of having to use it twice for replacement of the original purchase and it's nice to qualify for 100% of the original purchase price when Best Buy can't match the original product. Receiving purchase credit is simple and pain-free. I highly recommend it.

Totally love xbox brand. My only 2 complaints is this xbox series s does not hold enough storage with back storage ( memory card etc.) and if should be able to play both digital/disk

This protection service is like insurance. No one really wants to buy it, but everyone is glad to have it when it is needed. In my case, the protection is for an Xbox for a 5-year old, and we have had to use similar protection services for his previous technology toys. So, I suspect that we will be happy to have purchased it.

My 9 year old absolutely loves it. Great for kids and adults

Love how fast this console boots up. However, I would recommend a higher storage, now a days games are getting bigger and bigger and storage is becoming a necessity.

Best Buy is one the greatest places to shop, it’s welcoming and everyone is so nice. I don’t have to worry about my electronics because of the warranty they provide for only a couple dollars extra. I think it’s so worth it.
