You cannot go without insurance when it comes to consoles. BestBuy has always been really helpful with claims in the past, so I didn’t hesitate to get this.

Totally worth it. My sobs computer broke after a year and a half and since we had this extra coverage they changed for a new one in no time at all.

I purchased the two year protection because you never know what might happen down the line with your product purchase. I deliberately waited to purchase the xbox one s until best buy sold it for $189.99, other stores were selling it at this price but I prefer best buys protection plan over any other place. I had to use it in the past on other products and I was happy with it and how easy the process is.

I bought an Xbox series x on April 1st 2022 and the disc drive was faulty (which I’ve had happen a few times ) and Best Buy let me return and purchase a new one and get the warranty! Thanks guys! I still wish the replacement wasn’t open box! But I’m happy anyways

Geek Squad protection is a must on anything you purchase that is of high value... I have the service on my two thousand dollar Oled and my Xbox series x... They make everything easier when it comes to replacing or repairing purchases so you don't have to go through the manufacturer which can take literally forever.

I love the thought that i know if my console has an issue which it hasn’t yet that Geek Squad has my back and will fix any problems under my warranty!!!

So far, so good as it were. Hoping I don't need it but as Grandpa used to say, "wish in one hand and s%@! in the other and see which one fills up first." When I don't buy a warranty, bad things tend to happen, so...yup!

So, I purchased the 2-year protection plan for my new XBOX 1S. Why? Well, as much as I love my XBOX products, I went through 3 XBOX 360 units do to them having various malfunctions/deaths. While I was able to pick 2 of them up used (to save cash while finishing a few games), it seemed like a no-brainer to get the new unit fully protected to avoid these potential headaches this time around. JUST DO IT!

My little family and I are big gamers. We love playing games together and my boys enjoy having their friends over to play with them.

This is a must have for a high ticket item. I always buy my higher priced electronics from Best Buy just so that I can get the geek squad protection. Although they won’t cover you throwing your item on the floor, but they always either fixed a problem that came up later on after the limited warranty expired.

Always get warranty on anything i buy it helps out a lot you never know what might happen to your important items

It's nice of the services offered I felt like the price was reasonable, I don't always do extended warranties but this was for an Xbox series X on release day. Release date console sometimes have problems plus it covers the controller so it'll definitely be a five-star rating if and when I ever use it.
