These gaming systems cost way too much these days with little upgrades from the previous bersions. However Microsoft did not disappoint.

Best Buy has the best warranty for their products better than the other large retailers. I had an item that no longer worked through normal wear and tear, Best Buy replaced it right there in store and took my old item away. No fuss and no confusion with this warranty it worth a few more dollars than these other retailers selling square trade. Thanks Best Buy.

Always always always add Geek Squad to your purchases. The peace of mind alone is worth it, and when you need it, the team is always responsive and helpful.

The Geek squad agents have always been incredible. I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them except in the store for questions, but always helpful and super knowledgeable.

So far haven’t experienced any issues with the new Xbox but it’s always assuring to know there’s a top notch team on hand in case anything goes awry.

Dealing with a new console it is always good to get extra protection for the first batch that comes out in case there are any bugs that need to be worked out you can always take it back for a product replacement with geeksquad if it is unable to be repaired great

I don't always purchase protection plans, however I always purchase them for newly released gaming consoles. You just never know about new consoles. The cost was very reasonable compared to previous consoles. I have always been satisfied with Geek Squad protection plans.

I lost everything due to a flood, and I have my red cross case number to prove it. As well as multiple pictures of my house being flooded. As advised, I did not touch anything because of bacteria I just moved whatever wasn't damaged when I moved out and let the cleaning crew the apartment complex hired take care of the rest. My son lost his X-Box S and controllers and my warranty will not cover it because I don't have the device. The last thing I was thinking about was thinking about after losing everything was "make sure we grab the Xbox" for geek squad. I purchased another protection plan for my laptop and took it to best buy this week to find out it needed a new battery. Contacted geek squad to find out the battery isn't covered in my warranty. Unless your kids are a little wild and tend to break things don't waste your money on that 2-year protection plan

I enjoy knowing my xbox is protected. I havent had to use the protection yet so i dont know how thorough the protection is.

Bought this Xbox one for my friend for his birthday because I loved mine so much
