Overall, this is the best streaming and gaming system out there.

Good for peace of mind but it really isn’t worth it. My Xbox did break but they sent me back a refurbished console that only made it 6 months before that one break. Unfortunately their warranty on the new console is only 30 days.

Always had an Xbox and upgrading to the series X is a game changer.

The Accidental Protection Plan is well worth it, especially with all of the play time the Xbox series console gets nowadays. I recommend getting one when available from Best Buy. Well worth it.

Microsoft utilizes incremental updates on their xbox one. Normally your system would receive the updates in multiple parts following a sequential order. Unfortunately if you don't use the console for a while and turn it on than it may receive the updates in the wrong order. This can cause the system to stop functioning. Due to the formatting on the hard drive it isn't an easy process to replace the hard drives in a xbox one. Geek Squad Protection will enable you to get a replacement if this occurs.

This is a must if your getting the Xbox that’s worth over $500. Something goes wrong with your Xbox you want to make sure you’re covered. And geek squad has great service.

Always great service with geek squad. Usually get the protection because it’s priced well. I miss the days of high quality products that didn’t need warranty
