I haven't had to use it yet, but I bought the Xbox one for my kids and it is a relief to know it is covered if something happens to it. Which face it having three kids I am going to probably need it at some point.

Great response time when you have a problem, I always purchase geek squad protection for all my purchases, the company has always been there to help

4 star because I never make it that far. The protection is nice if it’s a faulty machine I’ll bet. Again, price is steep but here I am buying it JUST in case.

I am SO glad that Geek Squad has such great protection plans available. It makes purchasing technology much easier and provides peace of mind.

I get the protection plans mostly because of my kids and the dogs.. they really take care of things that happen. Like my son says " I don't know it just broke"

The jury is still out on this purchase. It’s excellent that you offer this service but I hope if I ever have yo use it, it does what’s advertised

So far it is what I wanted for gaming, however it is good to know ahead of time that if you don't have DVR capability on your 4K TV (like I don't) that it will limit some of your settings. Now I want a new TV.
