I recently ordered and am waiting to receive the oculus quest 2 (256 g) and decided to get the $90 protection plan. I called Geek Squad twice to make sure this plan covers accidental damage and they assured me it does! I plan on swapping out my device for a shiny new one toward the end of my two year protection if the battery life had depleted over time. The model for the protection plan shows 2 YR GSP- R VR 350-399. However, when I called geek squad, they said it showed 2 YR ADH 350-399 GSP-R. They are both the same thing and both cover accidental damage (like drops) for the VR set. This way I can have peace of mind!

This is a great protection to have for your electronics. Definitely recommend.

I haven´t had the need of using it but everybody knows, it´s better to have it and not need it than the other way around....electronics are not cheap, specialy the good ones.

I really do like this thing. Sometimes you look kind of foolish when you’re dancing around with your hands flying in the air and one of the kids accidentally hits the TV and breaks it but other than that, I think it’s pretty fun.. it is also fun for the whole family.

The Geek squad protection was purchased to service all my computer needs.

Bought for whole family use. The only downside is the battery life, which is to be expected so I can't complain. We'll see how it does long term. For Meta account users: monitor your kids on it. Purchases can be made through the headset and it doesn't always ask for the "purchase PIN" you set up.

I hope never to have to use the product replacement plan, but I always suggest that if it is offered, you take them up on it because it doesn't cost that much, and you never know when you might need it.
