Its ok could be better with todays technology, but my 12 year okd has fun with it!

Good to have a protection policy especially for VR products. Helps if the product is broken or has performance issue.

Ok service I kinda like being able to exchange my products to anything new. If they fail within the 2year warranty

The oculus is a bit expensive and with kids playing it a sure accident waiting to happen. I recommend this so you don’t have to worry.

I love the system really do enjoy it I use it a lot my only recommendation would be for more games or more connectivity

Geek Squad is great! Always helpful and very friendly. It's definitely worth it to purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.

Due to the brittle nature of the headset I deem this to be a necessary.

facebook now owns oculus rift so I am wondering what geek squad will do when I cannot use my oculus rift s now that facebook will be requiring all oculus users to have a facebook account, and I will not be using facebook account, rendering the rift non-functional. but, normally, yes, recommend geek squad. I have never had or heard of geek squad not taking care of someone in the past.

Not sure how to review this. Just be aware if your headset breaks and they replace the whole headset you need to get a new geek squad protection for the new headset. This is odd cause if your contract is for certain years it should be valid for those years.

I got this meta quest 2 as a replacement for the first i got my son in October because one of the controllers stop working. Thank God i got the watranty because without it i wouldnt have got this replacement.

I have not had to use this yet but it was needed for the person I bought it for is kind of rough.

The sales people was very disrespectful the told me the item don’t match and when the manger came he said the item don’t suppose to match it was very hurtful

Good product but Needs more games. Wish the graphics were better.
