Didnt get service. I haven't had this for a year. Should have gave more info.

Was a couple minutes late for a drop off and they wouldn’t assist me and refunded me. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

Did not keep the Geek Squad service because I was not happy with the product. But I would still recommend Geek Squad on electronics.
