Always need portection even with the meta 3s just sincase someyhing happens

GREAT PRO PLAN! Had my quest for almost 2 years, it did quit on me eventually rightfully so, i play it for hours everyday. So I bought it in to Best Buy, told them the problem, glad I purchased the 2year plan, they asked no questions, told them what was wrong, they said no problem, and are sending me a replacement with another protection plan. " NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS' THANK YOU SO MUCH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have not had to use my protection plan yet but when I contacted the store Geek Squad was so helpful. I definitely would recommend getting protection plans through Best Buy because it makes it so much easier if something goes wrong with whatever you purchase.

This is for the warranty part of the Quest 3. I would definitely say it is worth it to get a warranty and invest in your product in case of any accidents/malfunctions.

We got the first quest 3 for Christmas 2023 it failed 3 weeks later death screen. It took a few weeks to get refunds and exchanges to go through. Meta themself sucked they never responded to 6 emails! They have no phone support for calls!! It was Best Buy who went above and beyond and replaced the unit. They were excellent customer service!!!

I purchased 2 pairs for my son and dad. They are one of my favorite purchases since the 2Way pager.

The Meta Quest 3 actually makes you feel as if you are there in the screen. For example, the roller-coaster game. My youngest grandson is sitting on the sofa actually screaming and waving his hands in the air while moving from side to side. I enjoy seeing the smile on his face while playing the game. My daughter got off the game cuz she thought she was on a real roller-coaster, she couldn't handle it.

This item was purchased for mily grandson for Christmas and he really enjoyed it I have to put it up and my room so he can go to bed.

Highly worth it to have protection less stress. Highly recommend.

This is why I’ll stay a customer of Best Buy. I purchased geek protection. Controllers stopped working 11 months after purchase, meta would only accept 1 controller return at a time, leaving me with roughly a month dealing with the potential issue. Geek squad refunded me the purchase under the protection plan. I received a new VR headset with geek squad protection. No hassle.

All way good to have insurance and have it where you can drop it off and pick up for issues

Using the Quest 3 was my first experience in VR and it has been pretty impressive. The MR has been a good experience as well. My only minor gripe would be with the Meta Store UI could use a bit of work but thats not a major concern.

ALWAYS buy the extended warranty, or your just throwing your money away. You know your kids gonna break it. And when they finally do it feels great to get another one without paying for the new one. But always buy another warranty for the replacement-because you know your kids gonna break it again.

My son has an awesome time playing. Pretty cool that he can cast it to my phone so i can watch him play.

They help me out right away replaced my broken item.

The plan is better than expected I had to return it three time due to sound issues. Everyone was helpful all Three times with the exchange.
