This is nice to have just in case. Had one for a tv and they gave me the full replacement value after it was determined the tv wasn't economically repairable.

Purchase because it gets use by husband and son very much so having an option and coverage to get it fix incase i need it is helpful.

Glad I bought the 2 year extended plan. Unit kept over heating and was replaced with a new one. Gladly paid for new warranty. The staff was quick, professional and courteous!!!

This was an amazing experience to try, it has great ways of playing games in VR or AR (Alternative Reality). I love it!

Worth the extra money and the main reason I bought from Best Buy!

In my opinion this headset out performs headsets that cost double if not triple its price. The FOV isn't the highest and the black levels aren't the best but that's about it for the negatives. The panels are sharp, the sweetspot is wide and the inside out tracking is phenomenal and the best part is its WIRELESS. This headset is almost the best PCVR headset as well but you will need to buy separate cords and spend some time learning settings. You also need pretty beefy hardware to run it at native resolution on PC (think 3070 or 3080).

GEEK SQUAD WAS GREAT. MY TV IS 13 YEARS OLD, BUT WORKS LIKE A CHARM. BUT MY CABLE NEEDS UP-GRADED BY MY CABLE COMPANY, NEED A NEW DVR, DO NOT KNOW WHAT IAM GETTING MYSELF INTO. ELECTRONICS IS NOT A FRIEND OF MINE, AND IT DOESN’T HELP THAT IAM 67YRS OLD. SO HERE WE GO.

Well with it when my controller cracked and wouldn't charge properly. I had searched all over for a replacement then I decided to check my order and found that I purchased protection. The process was easy to set up an appointment and resolve my issue it was definitely worth the price we paid
