If i hasn't had the protection, I would have been stuck with a broke expensive vr system.

My son is 13 yrs old. He plays this all the time. He loves it. The rest of the family has fun playing too! Downloaded the app on my phone, and there is plenty of free apps to dowload. There is also games that are pretty cheap to download also. Definitely fun for the whole family.

Item still working, haven’t had to use the service yet. I have used it before for other items and worked great.

I would recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty most of the time. Computer related products do not usually last 2 years. I would recommend you review the items purchased as you get near the expiration date.

I always protect all my gear, rarely have had to use this but when I have it’s been simple and they get you taken care of.

My second geek squad purchase. This time I bought it for my oculus quest. I am passing it to my 13 year old. So it’s a must. In case he damages it, it’s $110 for 2 years, compared to $500 for the headset. Peace of mind is priceless. I hope I don’t use it, but if I do... don’t let me down Best Buy! lol

My Oculus died a little over a week after purchase. Unfortunately Best Buy was out of stock at the time, but Oculus was going to take 1-2 months for me to get a replacement. A few days later I was able to get my replacement because of the extended warranty. My 2nd Oculus then died again about a week after that, so again just the convenience of not having to deal with Oculus support and being able to walk into a Best Buy and get a replacement is well worth the cost of the warranty

Didn't get a chance to use it for the mediquest but I've had used Best buy's warranty with my vacuum cleaner and television customer service is great very happy that I purchased the warranty regardless if you use it or not you never know accidents happen. The warranty is a must-need

The geeksqaud team are the best and they know their products well. The protection plan is a must fir any electronic you purchase because it will save you money and your time. Its worth it trust me. Get the plan. Electronic will malfunction eventually and they will take care of it.

I was very skeptical about using The Oculus Quest 2 since is a Facebook product but once i tried it I really liked it tons of games for all ages,my personal favorite is PokerStars VR wich is mind blowing interacting with people from all over the world and making your caracter is a lot of fun!highly recommend it

Well you never know about equipment now days getting a warranty is smart.

I will always recommend because we paid $80-$100 for the warranty and they replace the entire unit just because the strap was broken

Geek squad is always reliable on honoring their coverage. It doesn't happen often at all, but it is hassle free!

I would definitely recommend the oculus quest two over the oculus quest three because there is not much of a difference in oculus quest three has very grainy video however, with the oculus quest two the controllers do tend to glitch a lot. I’ve had to return it like three times.

I got this for the glasses and for the price to add on for two years definitely worth it. I know that if I have a problem, I can just bring them back and get a new one.

My sons Meta Quest has had to be replaced 3 times. Each time exchange was simple and very fast. I always put the geek squad protection on everything i buy!
