Outstanding performance of the meta gameplay great

I used a geek squad insurance for similar products such as my Xbox series X stopped working and I went in the my local Best Buy and same day I had a new series X out the door with a small fee to put insurance on the new xbox.

I haven’t used this for my new purchase but I have used this in my past purchases and I say it’s always worth adding protection … Best Buy protection does its job I highly recommend it :)

My grand son Love it. It was a Christmas gift would buy again.

I was very happy with the protection I had in my Quest 1 and wish Inhad it for the Quest 2. My hand controller went bad and they are $70, to replace otherwise. Also with new tech, it’s a good idea to Protect your investment if you use it a lot.

Absolutely needed, headset quality is very inconsistent and you never know when you may need to replace the headset. I love them but I also play it say by spending 1/4 the cost of the headset on a potential replacement that will likely be needed.

Have used Geek Squad in the past and they are great. Hoping to not have to use it this time, respectfully.

This is now my third Meta Quest 3 due to ongoing controller issues not properly functioning with the device. Because of this, I’ve been forced to purchase three separate warranties, which feels completely unnecessary. When you buy a warranty, it should cover the product for the stated period—in this case, two years. I should not lose warranty coverage simply because the device itself was defective and had to be replaced. That was not my choice. The store was unable to fix the issue, so replacement was the only option. Defective hardware is a manufacturer and storage issue, not a customer issue. On top of that, I originally had two 256GB devices, and my replacement is now only 128GB because the larger storage option was out of stock. Downgrading storage on a replacement device is unacceptable, especially when the replacement is due to repeated defects. Overall, the Quest 3 itself is great when it works, but the controller reliability, replacement process, and warranty handling have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for defective products or forced into buying multiple warranties for the same device.

So glad I purchased this protection plan. One of the controllers to my son’s Oculus was glitching, took it to Best Buy and they gave me a brand new Oculus. So if you’re looking to buy one soon definitely get the protection plan!!!! I also buy another one on the new Oculus!
