I believe this is a great plan for the price, I had a rift s that I returned a couple months after purchase because of the cheap controllers oculus made and it was quick and easy, answered a couple questions, gave the headset to geek squad, and got it retuned and a new one was sent to me 2 weeks later. Overall a must have purchase especially for expensive items

I added the warranty because you never know with kids if you may need it.

I'll right a review ahead of time, I know these protection plans are worth it since I also work in retail selling similar plans. If/when anything goes wrong with my headset I'll have this in my back pocket to get it replaced. Worth it on something you literally strap to your face and move around vigorously in. (This was specifically bought for a VR headset).

I buy these for my desktop headphones, which I treat well and love dearly, but accidents happen. I've broken the end of the cord off on one occasion and had an earphone go out on another. This plan was perfect because I just get to swap them out in-store.

lifes issues can really derail a purchase of nice things that cost a bit more and best buy really takes care of it for just A LITTLE MORE MONEY especially when kids are involved accidents will always happen.

Purchased this warranty, hopefully I won’t have to use it but it definitely comes in handy.

I love the workouts on this game so much I’ve bought this game three times the workouts are great for all people because you can modify them but they’re so fun and the music is so wonderful

Always knowing i have a reliable back up if anything goes wrong makes purchasing a bit easier.

I like the fact that if the game system breaks and they can't fix it you get a brand new one. Not refurbished but new and if they don't have the system and a newer system is available you get your money back towards the new system.

So fun for the whole family! Definitely worth the purchase for a different experience.

Thankful for this warrant/replacement plan. The left controller stopped working then the headset of the Oculus stopped working. Without it after only a year of purchasing I would be out close to $400. BUY THE REPLACEMENT PLAN!
