Works great, I purchased this product about 2 years ago and have been enjoying it since. The quality is great, works as it is advertised.

My grandson uses it and loves it. I myself even tried it and it’s pretty cool. L O L.

So far so good! I bought it for my 10 year old my the entire household is having a great time with it. The games are expensive but just as expensive as any other game system. You can do yoga too!

I bought this for myself(50ish woman), I really liked it but my 9 year old nephew love it better so I gave it to him. He loves it!!!!! His only complaint, he can't play Roblox on it

Haven’t had to use this yet it was purchased for my Oculus quest 2 vr game system, it was priced right and I have had good luck in the past with these plans so I know it’s a great value for the money and Best Buy’s stands by what they sell.

Highly recommend getting protection plan. Something wasn't working right with my sons game..made an appointment, went in, was taken care of and out the store in less than 20 minutes.

I would get this because you just never know if you are the one that gets the unfortunate "DOA" out of a brand new product that you automatically think will work right out of the box. As long as their are no promos or whatever your insurance with Geek Squad should work out good for a replacement.

Not too bad. I wish it was easier to adjust the focus, and the head strap because I can still see by nose.

Purchase last Xmas unfortunately was on recalls so system stopped working again bestbuy.com gave full refund remember this product had total factory refund

I love the headset! Its the first VR headset i have ever owned and it’s amazing and immersive! Highly recommend it to everyone.
