I purchased the protection on my VR. I haven’t had a problem with it yet. Geek squad protection on prior devices haven’t been an issue.

I love my quest and play it daily. It does have some tracking issues once in a while, but it’s easily solved. If you’re on the fence for this product, I truly recommend this product. It is amazing, and makes it where flat screen gaming isn’t that fun anymore.

I always get the warranty for any investment purchase I make. It’s not that much when you think about it, and saves you a ton of money if your purchase stops working had you not purchased the warranty.

I bought the geek squad replacement plan for the oculus quest 2. I haven't had to use it yet, but with grandkids I feel its important. I've gotten protection plans on previous products I've bought at Best Buy. Its great to have in case an accident or malfunction happens.

Team at Best Buy helped me pick a great gift for my child and took care of all of our needs with a smile. 1st product had a defect and they swaped it out with no problems.

The 3-D virtual environment is amazing and coupled with the amazing audio, it feels like you in the middle of whatever your watching or game your are playing. My favorite is the Roller coaster in space and the walking tour of the Vatican City in Rome. The best.

The Geek Squad warranties are always great and they are exceptionally fair and courteous when working with you should an issue arise. I've never had a bad experience with this warranty service, especially when compared to some others that are available in the marketplace.
