I decided to get the 2 year protection plan on this item because it’s expensive but very well worth it. I do recommend if you get this item to get the warranty as well

I always take advantage of the geek squad protection. The customer service is phenomenal. I don't have to send anything off, they take of everything in the store.

I had not use the service yet for this item but I used in the past and they are always great and happy to help

Due to this being a headset and two hand controllers I was concerned about it possibly coming off during play and breaking. This gives me the peace of mind to enjoy the play and not get too worried about accidental breaking it.

Reasonably priced and immediate delivery to my email. I got protection for my VR headset and didn’t want to have to cough up that amount of money for another one.

I would get this because you just never know if you are the one that gets the unfortunate "DOA" out of a brand new product that you automatically think will work right out of the box. As long as their are no promos or whatever your insurance with Geek Squad should work out good for a replacement.

Anything you buy of electronics should have a purchased warranty with it! And why not from Best Buy. Best Buy has the best protection plan on this planet.. couldn't recommend this service further.. Geek Squad + Best Buy = Happiness!

Absolutely love the service i had a issue with my oculus i called and they immediately told me they change my vr without any cost

As an owner of the original oculus,, this meta-quest two provides the best upgrades for the money out there! Hooking it up to a PC wireless, he makes it all that 

I’ve had this for awhile and it really something else. Fun easy to use carry around to friends home just great entertainment. I get dizzy a little if I’m playing too long so watch your time if your my age.

This items is a good item for me and my family and we use it everyday and would recommend highly and there is different types of games

You can never be too safe especially with vr! You might punch the wall and break the controller so get the protection and be one step ahead!!

So easy to use and download new games and workout. The coaches are really helpful during the workout.

I appreciate having this coverage on something expensive. Although I haven’t needed it this year, who know about next?!

My oculus quest has camera and sensitive parts including controllers so I got this just in case. I used it before with my switch when the controller went out they sent new ones right away.
