    They totally took 40.00 for this one purchase.

    First I get told that I have to downgrade. Then I find out that the guy lied to me and downgraded my system for the same price. Then when I want the original one I bought they forced me to pay 40.00. It’s not worth it to me. Next time I’m not buying a warranty. I’ll take the loss or use the other service to repair it.

    Greek squad is a joke, too many outs for refusing warranty. Buy at your own risk and ask a thousand questions prior to purchasing.

    I am in the process of a dispute with best buy over this 2 year warranty because I tried to get my merchandise replaced and the cashier did not transfer my warranty to my new product. They say it is because a regular chashier did the transaction instead of a geek squad person. I am waiting on the refund of my $80 so i can try to place it on my new product. They need to train their staff better

    got quest for christmas gift but geek squad demands extended warranty activated immediately so lose out on 2 months of warranty. geek squad wont do anything about it either. they say you have to return the item i have in hand and after back orders are filled you might be able to get another one for christmas, no guarantee. horrible customer service avoid best buy andf geek squad at all costs

    Purchased the $80 protection plan to cover the oculus fully if something were to happen, well my left controller decided it won't work right. I took it in to get it fixed or repaired but was told it has to be replaced and it will cost me $100 to do so. Complete garbage

    Very disappointed, brought an item to have looked at, first guys tried it, and saw why it wasnt working, told us what to do, came back a few days later because i needed proof of what was wrong and they said they couldnt help me because of covid and that the other guy should not of did what he did.

    The geek squad do not repair metaquest2 vr headset so dont bother taking it there seem like they dont repair nothing cant even repair there attitude towards people there picky about who they deal with

    This is horribly outdated.. I'd wait for a better headset or pick up the quest 3 when it goes on sale

    I was sent the meta quest 2 case but not the vr. Sat in the store since I ordered it and had to cancel the order for a refund. They did not give fedex my whole order and the package was deemed lost.

    This 2 year protection plan is a rip off I had the games 6 months and I come in to exchange it and I see I have to buy another two year protection plan .

    Not worth paying 20% of a product for a warranty. At that price, the item is probably way too expensive to begin with if you're that worried about breaking it that a 20% warranty price seems like it might be worth it.

    Bought new product couldn't get it to connect up to new pc ,took it to store, GS recommended i call manufacturer to get my issue resolved. I gave back the new VR headset and bought one from Walmart.

    You'll lose the warranty if they replace it

    If they can't fix the product, they replace you a new one BUT you'll lose that 2 years warranty that you paid
