big upgrade over the quest 2, i’ve had the quest 3 since release date and i love it

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection for all my electronics. This time was the Oculus 2. They have never disappointed me and provide excellent customer service.

This device is everything I wanted IN A VR Device that I could ever ask for.. I really love couple of kinks in a few games or apps but overall it’s great !

Bought it back in 2021 still got very strong super fun

The product is nearly all around great. Loads of fun. For next gen tech, definitly a good starting point. I purchased the 64gb version and was pleased to find it was alot of storage. I am leaving 3 stars for a few reasons, this product is not made for men. I am 6"5' with pretty decent size hands, no problems palming a basketball. This product does not fit my eyes well but its good enough, even when adjusted. My biggest issue however is I managed a thumb sprain in the first night of using it. The controllers are made for children. I have to strain myself to hit some of the buttons, and I have played almost every peripheral you can think of and this is the first problem. Even playstation controllers are better. TLDR: Great tech, great games, great experience, for children.

It is a good product but wish the battery would last longer on it rater than 30 minutes then 3 hours to charge

The service from Best Buy is TERRIBLE. The workers all say different things to you about your package. One worker told me my quest was otw to my town. Then the next worker said that it had not been shipped out yet. Aliexpress will deliver your product, before Best Buy will. I have bought multiple electronics from them. Each time I received my package at least a week after the eta date. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Don't like that you have to have a Facebook account. if you get kicked off Facebook its useless. No Thanks going Sony Play station.

I'm rating the Store not the item. I ordered this on December 5th and now its Christmas eve and they are telling me that they will not have this ready in time for Christmas. There is nothing that can be done at this point. They had it in the store when i ordered it online for in store pick up and somehow my order got missed or delayed more than once... I'm very disappointed with the way this was handled.
