    You'll lose the warranty if they replace it

    If they can't fix the product, they replace you a new one BUT you'll lose that 2 years warranty that you paid

    I purchased this for a laptop I was buying at the same time I was buying an oculus. They applied it to the oculus and I didn’t notice. Now, my laptop is broken and I can’t get it replaced.

    I hate geeksquad, the plans are costly and the techs and people working the counter and phone are jerks

    Was sold the 2 year service plan and later was told Best Buy Geek Squad doesn't even work on the system covered.

    Was a couple minutes late for a drop off and they wouldn’t assist me and refunded me. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

    Did not keep the Geek Squad service because I was not happy with the product. But I would still recommend Geek Squad on electronics.
