This is a great protection to have for your electronics. Definitely recommend.

I hope never to have to use the product replacement plan, but I always suggest that if it is offered, you take them up on it because it doesn't cost that much, and you never know when you might need it.

Bought for whole family use. The only downside is the battery life, which is to be expected so I can't complain. We'll see how it does long term. For Meta account users: monitor your kids on it. Purchases can be made through the headset and it doesn't always ask for the "purchase PIN" you set up.

The Geek squad protection was purchased to service all my computer needs.

Bought a 5 year service for my TV and when the pixels died Best Buy replaced it and credited me back for the difference of what I paid for the old and new. When buying the VR headset it was a no brainer.

Thankfully I take good care of my items so I usually don't have to walk with getting repairs. But it's always a comfort knowing I have a warranty for its replace incase something does happen. I will say though I wouldn't get a warranty if it's for a limited edition item as the company won't replace it with the exact edition but just with 'whats ever in stock'. They never said if it was the stock of the store or the warehouse that 'fixes' things.

The 3s is definitely better than the 2 but 3 of my children have the quest 2 and love it for years. The quality is great and the geek squad is fantastic help whenever we need!!

I love there protection plan. I had to use it and glad I did purchase the protection plan because I had to return my VR quest 3 because it would not power on and they gave me a knew one so I was happy and so was my son.

Excellent product, nice quality that I ever have!!

The headstrap alone is worth the upgrade. But the return of the dial focus frame and the freedom of the moving menus, instead of a fixed position that needs to be re-centered. They added a fan inside of the headset as well, so no more drowning in sweat. Im still having problems focusing on the text, but it is significant improvement from the Quest 2 and Pro. Also, the Situational awareness is 100% better. No accedentially smacking small children while playing Beat-Saber and feeling really Bad about not seeing them.
